Tiffany Cosey

Born in Washington D.C. and raised under humble circumstances, Tiffany was convinced early on that the world had more options than what was presented in her environment.

She was accepted into the Visual Arts program at Suitland High School Center for the Arts.  As a student, she studied photography, printmaking, and painting and showcased in the school’s fashion show as a self-taught designer. Tiffany turned down scholarships to several Art Schools near the D.C area to study art at Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA in an attempt to broaden her horizons.  She worked with her uncle’s Real Estate brokerage in order to support herself independently through school, acquiring leadership and business management skills. In addition to her job, she joined an independent modeling organization on campus, where she participated in various fashion shows and competitions while serving as the organizations’ Creative Director.  Tiffany soon found a passion for the stage and decided to change her major from Visual Art to Theater.  Throughout her college years, she was blessed to work along side industry veterans on various television and film projects as an actress, extra, stand-in, and director.

After successfully graduating with a Bachelor’s in Theater Performance, Tiffany set out to pursue a full-time acting career.  In order to keep her schedule open for opportunities, she used her skills as a seamstress to start a fashion company creating custom garments.  Free to travel, she ventured to Hollywood, CA where she landed her 1st leading role in a network TV show within 3 weeks.  Learning quickly the power of networking in Hollywood, Tiffany took a position as a coordinator for Indie Night Film Festival which takes place at the historic TCL Chinese Theater.  After 6 months in Hollywood, she returned to the “Hollywood of the South,” Atlanta, to focus on building her acting career.

Marking her birthday in a special way, Tiffany released the first short film she directed and produced to an audience at Atlanta’s Plaza Theatre on May 30, 2016.  Then on the same day in 2019, she launched a leather goods collection calling it 530.  She was inspired to manufacture leather heels and handbags after struggling to find styles that were versatile enough to go from her corporate job, to happy hour, and to the red carpet.

Continuing a path of entrepreneurship in 2020, Tiffany returned to the Real Estate industry to produce a series intended to encourage Black Americans to become homeowners, landowners, and create generational wealth. Currently, she manages investments of her own; her fashion brand 530, a growing Real Estate portfolio, and a Trucking fleet.
